3.3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are displayed in EUR (ā¬) and exclude applicable VAT and delivery fees, unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made in full before order processing, unless a pre-approved business credit arrangement exists.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer and other methods agreed upon at checkout.
3.4. Delivery & Lead Times
- Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase.
- Murphy Engineering is not liable for delays due to external factors beyond our control.
- Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery or collection.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
4.1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before production begins, subject to written confirmation.
- Custom or bespoke fabrication orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.
4.2. Refund & Return Policy
- No returns or refunds on custom-made or fabricated items, unless faulty or not as described.
- If a product is damaged or defective, contact us at keith@murphyengineering.ie within 7 days of receipt.
4.3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
